myWritersCircle is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Substack Inc. or any other platform named on the site. “Substack” and related marks belong to Substack Inc. and are used only to describe what the service works with. The service relies on publicly available platform data, which platforms may change or restrict at any time, so features may stop working without notice.
Names, photos, publications and posts shown belong to their respective owners and are displayed as published on the platform, with links back to the original. A writer's reading list, writing and recommendations are shown as they appear publicly on their profile and publication. Circles are arranged automatically from public ties and the weights you choose. They are not endorsements or judgments of anyone.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Circles and lists may be incomplete. For example, Substack only shows the first 100 likers or restackers of each post or note, hidden subscriptions aren't included, and paywalled content isn't read.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, myWritersCircle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service. We'll update the effective date when the terms change.
